Clear rules for a fair training community.

GymnFit is a pre-incorporation venture operating from Egypt. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use GymnFit.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you may use GymnFit only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for maintaining the security of the Google account and device used to sign in.

Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and do not create accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate community features.

GymnFit provides tools for planning, recording, reviewing, and sharing fitness activity. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Training suggestions, community content, coach notes, and future automated recommendations are informational and are not a substitute for qualified medical advice.

Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate judgment, equipment, supervision, and professional guidance for your health and experience level. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

You may not use GymnFit to harass others, publish unlawful or harmful content, violate privacy, upload malicious code, bypass security, scrape the service without permission, manipulate results, create fake engagement, or interfere with another person’s access.

Do not submit false workouts, reused or misleading competition media, manipulated weights, coordinated votes, or other content intended to obtain unfair rank, rewards, or recognition.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GymnFit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the features in which you choose to participate.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded media, including permission from identifiable people where required. We may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community safety.

Community activity, comments, kudos, follows, public profiles, and challenge participation may be visible to others. Treat other users respectfully and do not disclose another person’s private information.

Coaches are responsible for their own qualifications, representations, advice, and relationships with clients. GymnFit provides workflow tools but does not guarantee a coach’s availability, credentials, results, or suitability. Coaching payments in the current model are arranged outside GymnFit, and GymnFit is not a party to those payment arrangements.

Challenges may have additional rules, dates, eligibility requirements, judging processes, and prize terms. Recorded entries may be reviewed by community members, trusted users, coaches, administrators, or sponsors as described for the event.

GymnFit may flag, reject, recalculate, or revoke an entry, rank, badge, or dumbbell award where fraud, manipulation, rule violations, or technical error is reasonably suspected. Prize finalists may be subject to additional verification.

Dumbbells are non-cashable product points. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a claim against GymnFit. They cannot be purchased for rank, exchanged for cash, or used to pay coaches. Available balances may be redeemable only for eligible in-product or sponsor rewards subject to availability and specific reward terms.

GymnFit’s software, product design, approved logos, wordmarks, brand assets, and original content are owned by or licensed to GymnFit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce or modify the GymnFit identity or software.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account in the app or through our account-deletion page.

GymnFit is under active development and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific fitness results, partner availability, challenge outcomes, or reward inventory.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GymnFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, user content, exercise activity, coaching relationships, external payments, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith at hello@gymnfit.co.

We may update these terms as GymnFit evolves. The effective date above will change when updates are published, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
